Stone chips, surface scratches, or environmental damage (bird droppings, acid rain, road salt)
Repairs or modifications done by another shop after your visit with us
Rust or corrosion on parts we did not replace or repair
Ontario Legal Warranty Disclosure
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario), all motor vehicle repairs carry a mandatory minimum warranty of 90 days or 5,000 kilometres (whichever occurs first) for parts and labour. All auto paint repairs at our North York shop use the PPG Envirobase® HP waterborne system. The paint system is the same used in OEM vehicle manufacturing plants. Our Lifetime Paint Warranty covers peeling, fading, and colour mismatch caused by our repair workmanship.
Collision Repair Warranty — Structural Work
Frame straightening, structural welding, panel alignment, and all body repair workmanship are covered by our Lifetime Warranty. If any structural issue caused by our repair surfaces after you drive away, we will correct it at no charge — no time limit, no asterisk.
