Our Concierge Service

• Direct Billing: We bill the insurance company directly, so you don't have to pay out of pocket (except for your deductible).
• Rental Coordination: We can arrange for a rental car to be waiting for you when you drop off your vehicle.
• Negotiation: If an insurance adjuster tries to push for used or aftermarket parts, we fight to use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts whenever possible to maintain your vehicle's safety and value.

The Process

1. Report the Accident: Call your insurance company to report the incident and get a claim number.
2. Call Us: Give us the claim number. We take it from there.
3. Assessment: We inspect the damage and submit a detailed estimate to the insurer.
4. Approval & Repair: Once approved, we begin repairs immediately.
